Product Introduction
The SD16 crawler bulldozer has strong power, equipped with high-efficiency Weichai, Shangchai and other engines, with large torque reserve and high combustion efficiency, in line with the national Stage III emission standards, energy saving and environmental protection, radial seal air intake system effectively prolongs the service life of the engine.
A forced-lubrication planetary transmission and a high-efficiency hydraulic torque converter ensure high transmission efficiency and easy control, while the Shantui self-developed transmission system ensures stable and reliable operation of the entire machine. Hydraulic power steering with electronic throttle control makes steering more precise and easier. The hexagonal cab is spacious, offers wide visibility, and can be equipped with a FOPS/ROPS system for safe operation.
The hydraulic system operates reliably and features overload protection, effectively reducing failure rates. The entire electrical system is equipped with waterproof connectors and high-quality protective wiring harnesses to enhance durability and reliability.
The SD16 can be equipped with a variety of shovels and rippers, including straight-angle shovels, U-shaped shovels, angled shovels, and more, to meet a variety of operational needs. The open side guard design offers ample space for easy maintenance, and lubrication points for key components are located externally, improving maintenance efficiency.
